When you have made a decision to purchase a RAVEN Cue or just need to have questions answered, click on 'Contact Us'. There you will find email and mailing address! Email is always the best way to contact us. There are several options for purchasing a RAVEN Custom Cue!


(1) We accept Visa and Mastercard payments. You can contact us at Click here to E-Mail us to get the total with shipping and insurance charges. The cue will usually be shipped the following day.

(2) We accept credit card payments through PayPal. It is quick, easy and free for you to use. RAVEN Custom Cues is a verified PayPal member. Contact us for the email address to use through PayPal as well as the shipping and insurance charges. The cue will usually be shipped the following day.

(3) We accept Personal checks. The cue will be shipped when the check clears the bank.

(4) Cash (or money orders) always work. The cue will usually be shipped the following day. Don't send cash through the mail.

(5) Western Union wire transfers can be used to pay for your RAVEN cue. The cue will usually be shipped the following day or possibly even the same day.

(6) We accept lay-away. Send 25% (or more) down and 10% per month for up to 6 months. There is no interest charge, but the initial down payment is non-refundable if we take the cue 'off the market' for more than 2 months. When the final payment clears, the cue will usually be shipped the following day.


International Customers


We do ship internationally. We cannot ship a cue that contains any restricted material (like elephant ivory). You may choose to have a cue made with mammoth ivory. It is legal to export. We do not accept credit card payments. We gladly accept international money orders in US currency or a bank wire transfer. Please contact us for exact shipping costs.
