The forearm and the butt sleeve are Osage Orange. The butt cap is double black linen phenolic. The ringwork consists of a green trim ring, an ebony ring with 24 maple stitches in it, followed by the last green ring. It has a Stainless Steel joint with the same ringwork. The shaft collar is double black linen phenolic with the same ringwork. Osage ranges from bright yellow to almost darkish brown. Most often the wood has both bright yellow and brown streaks. It is frequently used for bows.
The sharks and the Gaboon Ebony backgrounds are all inlayed. The 2 Tiger Shark inlays in the butt are a pearlite ivory substitute. The 2 Tiger Shark inlays in the forearm are made from Sycamore edge grain. The Tiger Shark inlays are engraved with detail markings. The butt of this cue has been narrowed for someone with a small hand or someone who just likes a thin butt. There is no wrap on the cue yet. The wrap is black textured leather. It comes with 1 RAVEN tapered hard rock maple shaft. |
