Our regular website does not collect any personal information about you. Billiards Speak allows you to register on the site, but you do not have to. On Billiards Speak you have full access to all information you provide and may remove it if you decide to. Our Discount store does use 'cookies' like most shopping cart programs do. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully. We collect information about you for two reasons: first, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service. We DO NOT sell or trade information about our clients. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent. We do not currently send out any marketing emails. If we decide to do so in the future we will give clients the opportunity to refuse to receive them. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. We do not store or keep information about our customers in a electronic database beyond the order, shipping and receiving requirements. The personal information which we hold during that period will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
