| When we say your satisfaction is guaranteed we mean it. If you purchase a RAVEN cue (or any RAVEN product) and are not fully satisfied with it, you may return it, undamaged within 10 days, for a full (and immediate) refund. That does not include the shipping time. You have a full 10 days to decide if you are satisfied. We will even refund the original shipping and insurance charges. We would much rather have the item returned than have an unsatisfied customer. If the item is a cue or a shaft don’t be concerned about chalking the tip. You have to play with the cue to give it anything more than a cosmetic appraisal. For the return policy of cues that are purchased but given as gifts please contact us. |
