Where we Ship

We ship to all 50 US States as well as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands! We ship to Canada, Australia, The United Kingdom, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Spain, France, Germany and Italy. If we don't already ship to your country send us an email and inquire. We may be able to extend our shipping range. International Customers and those Outside the Continental US please see the information and instructions below.

Packages may be delivered by FedEx, UPS or USPS

We offer several shipping options. Ground is the least expensive. It is the Free Shipping Option for purchases of $65 or more. Most Continental US customers will receive their purchases within 4 to 5 days (if shipped by Ground) but it can take up to 7 days in some cases. Other Shipping Options offer faster delivery but add additional cost.

Large or Heavier Items

All shipping costs are subject to additional charges if an item or items are particularly large or particularly heavy. In most cases our automatic shipping calculations will be accurate. Furniture, Table Packs and orders with several cues or heavier items may have additional shipping costs. If shipping charges will be higher than shown at checkout, we will contact you in advance of processing your order to be sure you still want to place the order with the additional shipping costs added.

If your Purchase is $65 or More

A purchase of $65 or more qualifies for free Ground Shipping. That is the way it will be shipped if you choose Ground. If you want your purchase delivered faster you can still choose one of the other options. If you do you will only be charged the difference between what the Free Ground Shipping would have cost and what the faster option would have cost by itself. The computer recognizes the total purchase price and has already deducted the charge for the Free Ground for you.

Order over $65 has Shipping Charge

Even our 'Free Shipping over $65.00' is subject to a partial shipping charge if one or more items are 'over the weight limit' or they require more than one box. If that happens, we do apologize, but you will only be charged part of the actual cost to ship your items.

You can Easily Check the Cost of the Other Shipping Options

If you just fill in the Shipping Method and the Delivery Address, you can click the ‘Verify Order’ button at the bottom of the Visa or MasterCard page and the shipping charge will be added to the total. On the PayPal page the button is called 'Please Click Here To Continue' The Shopping Cart will let you know you ‘forgot’ to fill in several items but the Grand Total will be calculated. You can click the ‘Make Changes’ button and it will send you back to the previous page where you can either fill out the rest of the information or try another shipping option.

International Customers and those Outside the Continental US

We only offer one option for shipping outside the Continental US. You must use International. It calculates the least expensive shipping for you. The Country we are shipping your items to adds the proper shipping charge. In most cases our automatic shipping calculations will be accurate. Furniture, Table Packs and orders with several cues or heavier items may have additional shipping costs. If this happens we will contact you in advance of processing your order to be sure you still want to place the order with the additional shipping costs added. Our "Check Out" form may not display the correct address format for some countries. If it doesn't please type your correct address format in the "Special Notes" area. Or, use that space for anything else you might want us to know.
