"I have been shooting with the cue every day for about a week. I guess there is good news and bad news. The "bad" news is that the cue is slightly heavier and fuller butt diameter than feels comfortable. This is not your fault. It is my fault. You made it perfectly to the specifications I provided. If I had it to do over I would knock off another 1/2 ounce and 2 mm on the butt. Now for the good news. I cant miss! Well, yes I can miss but my point is that I am shooting better and with more confidence than ever. (I recall something in Kohler's great book on pool where he compared pool cues to bowling balls and proved that the one that "feels the best" is not the one that will produce the best results} The Mexican Cocobolo is fantastic. I asked for whatever treatment would make it slippery to counteract my tendency to clasp it too tightly in the clutch and you really delivered.
