RAVEN Custom Cue Trade up Policy
If you own a RAVEN Cue and want to upgrade to a newer or more intricate RAVEN cue you can trade up. We will apply up to two-thirds of your original purchase price of the cue you have to the purchase of a new RAVEN cue. There are a few conditions. To receive the full two-thirds credit the cue is expected to be in 'used' condition but not 'damaged'. Scratches and dings in the finish are expected, the same is expected in the shaft but nothing should be broken where the cue shows signs of abuse. Place the serial number of the cue you own in the subject line of the email along with the words Trade Up. Then just tell us what you have in mind.
