All RAVEN cues are warranted against faulty workmanship or materials, to the original purchaser, for the lifetime of the cue. The cue will either be repaired or replaced at no charge. Simply, contact us in advance, then ship the cue back to us; and we will return it to you when the repair is done. If a cue is returned it will be repaired ahead of cues in production. Each cue is sold with instructions on how to care for it. Those instructions are also posted on this web site. Normal wear and tear isn’t covered. We can’t be held responsible for a cue that is misused, abused or warps because it wasn’t cared for properly. Tips and brass inserts will wear out from use. A perfect shaft can be easily warped or sanded so it is no longer cylindrical. Dents, dings, scrapes, scratches and wear in the finish aren't covered.

If you purchase a RAVEN cue (or any RAVEN product) and are not fully satisfied with it, you may return it, undamaged within 10 days, for a full refund. If the item is a cue or a shaft don’t be concerned about chalking the tip. You have to play with the cue to give it anything more than a cosmetic appraisal. If we modify a cue beyond changing a tip or ferrule, at your request, (ex. retapering the shaft) this return policy will be voided.
